Auk Bay Juneau, Lynn Canal, Icy Straits, Chatham Strait, Peril Strait, Sitka Sound

This trip begins north of downtown Juneau in Auk Bay.  Once boarded we will make our journey to the rich whale waters of Lynn Canal, Icy Strait, and Chatham Straits.  With mountains surrounding us we will explore these waters searching for wildlife and getting to know your vessel.

As we make our way south, Snow Goose will provide opportunities to kayak and explore Chichikof island and its small coves and inlets.  Providing fish runs, we hope to see bears feeding on salmon after a long winter.

Entering Peril straits, we will navigate the channels that lead us towards amazing hiking and glorious views.   This voyage, while shorter then our typical trips will give you a sense of the vastness that makes Alaska a unique place to explore.
