The Boat – Snow Goose.

The 65' steel motor-vessel Snow Goose was built in Ketchikan AK, in 1973 as a private yacht.

Designed by marine architect Ed Monk to cruise the Inside Passage, she is equipped with state of the art safety and navigation equipment including:

  • Two 8-person enclosed life rafts
  • Electronic emergency beacon system
  • GPS and electronic charting
  • Radar

Equipped with an on board reverse osmosis water maker, the main deck features a spacious, airy salon, natural history library, galley and dining area. Large windows provide great viewing on all sides with easy access to the deck. The upper bridge deck provides a good vantage point for spotting wildlife and comfortable seating for passengers who wish to get involved with the navigation of the ship.

There is a rigid hulled 15' motorized inflatable for shore excursions, six double kayaks, and one single kayak for quietly exploring islands and shorelines.
